Language of the Flesh is now a tradition at Read My World! In an intimate setting, we end the evening programmes guided by music, poetry and conversation. In this third edition, we turn to our own flesh and the language each of us create to connect with it.
Writer Sulaiman Addonia has recently penned the essay, “The Art of Making Love to Yourself”, which has inspired the theme of this year’s edition of Language of the Flesh. He will be joined under the musical guidance of our host: musician and storyteller Anastasis Sarakatsanos, connected to the stories of performer Soula Notos and the poetry of writer and poet Athena Farrokhzad.
Join us, lie down on cozy cushions, let yourself transported into your imagination and be inspired by our writers and artists to create your own language of the flesh.
