Who Sampled That?
In honor of the tradition of sampling in various music styles, most notably Hiphop, this program invites four poets to perform work in which they sample the words or styles of some of the people that inspired them. Making something new from nothing new at all.
Part homage, part reinterpretation show the lineage of generations of writers that made our current world possible.
Readings will be in Dutch and English. Dutch texts will be provided with English subtitles.
