Meet our moderator Adiam Tseggai. This Rotterdam-born cultural entrepreneur is sincerely multi-talented. What she does, she does from a great knowledge of culture and music. She always approaches her work with passion. Whether it’s making plus-sized women feel cherished in her clothing store or as the host of her very own podcast, The Female Frequency, she empowers women through deep conversations and connections. Always central to this is empowering women from marginalized communities. Through her own foundation, Femme for Change, or creating awesome cultural programs for her beloved hometown, she does it fiercely and with a bright smile. Other things that make Adiam happy are: hip-hop (it’s her religion), jazz (it’s her love), sunflowers (aren’t they pretty?), and chocolate cookies (you never know when you’re going to need them).
